STEP 1 FREE INTRO SESSION
Our free intro classes take place every Saturday morning at 8am. They consist of a warmup, some light stretching, a short workout and a cool down period. This session will introduce you to CrossFit and give you an idea of what the program is all about. No prior experience in working out or playing sports is required to attend this class.

STEP 2 FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM
In order to attend CrossFit classes each new member must first complete the foundations programme. This consists of 3 sessions with one of our trainers. In each session you will be taken through the basic CrossFit movements so when it does come time for you to attend classes you will feel more comfortable performing the workouts. On completion of the Foundations Program you will have the basics skills needed to take part in a full CrossFit class. If you feel like you’re not quite ready to take part in classes after you’ve completed the Foundations Programme just let us know and we can arrange for further personal training.
