CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to improve the overall fitness of everyone from professional athletes who compete at an international level to stay at home mothers, from elite special force commandos who operate behind enemy lines to our grandparents. Everyone deserves world class fitness, thats what CrossFit provides.
We achieve this through a mixture of weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, running and rowing. We combine different aspects of all these sports to create a different workout everyday and all workouts are scaleable which means complete beginners can train alongside more experienced CrossFitters. We scale workouts by using lighter weights, doing less repetitions or shortening distances.
