1. 10 to15 pushups or 5 to 10 handstand pushups
2. 15 to 20 kettlebell swings 24/16kg
3. 10 to15 box jumps
4. 10 to 15 burpees
5. 15 to 20 situps

Aim for the higher numbers and see can you maintain them. You should ve working for no longer than 45 seconds in the minute.
