  1. Shoulder Press: 65KG x5. Had 67.5×3 and x2 after that too but wasnt happening.

    WOD: 6 rounds + 6 Ring Pushups.

  2. Shoulderpress 55kg
    Wod 8 rounds +1

  3. 37.5kg bench
    7 rds 2 pushups (25kg h/cleans and regular pushups)

  4. Shoulder press: pr 32.5kgx5 then got 35kgx3 Wod: 8 rounds plus 2 hang cleans 30kg for h/c and regular push ups
