This is a Hero workout guys so its gonna be a toughie. As usual everything can be scaled to suit the individual ability of each member so dont be put off when looking at it as a whole. Here is an example of a scaled version

30 squats
19 power cleans 35/25kg
7 banded pullups
200m run

Scaling can be done with weights, distance and movements so your grandmother could complete this workout when its adjusted properly. Cya all bright and early!!!
